"I used Doug for years until I switched to All State 3 weeks ago to save $70/month for the same coverage. Unfortunately, canceling my policy with Doug has been a pain. All State reached out to Doug to cancel my policy, I emailed Doug to cancel my policy, I spoke to one of his administrative staff to confirm the cancelation, and my credit card was just charged for another month of insurance. They said they will reimburse me through check in a couple of weeks, but the whole thing is just annoying and unprofessional."
